1. Create a new Console Application named ScoreCards.
2. In the application, we will be simulating a golf tournament. We will use the scorecard at the bottom of the page to reference the par for each hole. In golf, there is a front nine holes and a back nine holes, comprising a total of 18 holes for a round. Each hole has par (the score the golfer is trying to tie or beat). The golfer's first nine holes are added together for the front nine score. The golfer's second nine holes are added together for the back nine score. The two nines are then added for the total score. There will be four golfers in the tournament.
3. Create an array to hold the par for each of the 18 holes, in order. Create a multidimensional rectangular array to hold four golfers and 18 holes. Create random scores for each golfer and each hole, then add to the array. The score must be no more than two under the par score and two over the par score for the given hole.
4. Display to the screen the the individual hole number, the par for the hole, and the scores each golfer shot. Add the front nine and back nine scores separately, then total the front nine and back nine for the total. Example output:

5. In the last line of program's main method, add Console.ReadKey(); to stop the programming from ending automatically.
