AssignmentPrepare a process to design and implement the selected business process change in the following three steps. Step $1$: Provide a rationale for the required change, indicating whether it involves business process reengineering $($BPR$)$ or business process improvement $($BPI$).$ The choice between BPR and BPI should be defended. Step $2$: Identify any possible resistance to change that will arise from the change process. Step $3$: Provide a change process that will successfully implement the proposed change, while accounting for any in$-$context challenges that are likely.
