The county Board of Supervisors are examining the models that the town managers are using (the old one in Question 2 and ours in Question 4). They are confused by the idea that the models predict a day with 100% Sales will have 111% parking (old model).

Explain to them about how we interpret the output of the models as Statistics, the dangers of Extrapolation, and why all models are wrong but some models are useful.
