This has meant that the corporate environment has had to adapt to ever-evolving technological developments that have also tested leaderships style, skills, and use of empathy or emotional intelligence as they are responding to business environmental changes, competition, changing consumer preferences, and innovations in product and service offerings. Through these changes, leaders face new challenges and need to have difficult conversations.
