The database is for a simple CRM system where we keep a track of which customers have made phone calls, what the calls have been about, how long the calls have been for, and what department the calls were made to.

Requirements

Examine the structure of the database and draw an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to document the structure of the database. The ERD should clearly show each entity, the primary key for each entity, the foreign key for each relationship, the cardinality of each relationship, and all of the other attributes for each entity.
