shown in Figure ii for a single day of operation from $9$ am to $6pm$ in one second increments.

b$)$ One of the temperature sensors in the plant is broken. Analyse the dataset using a method of your

choosing to identify which sensor this is$.$ Print a short statement to the command window outlining which

sensor is faulty and how you identified this.

c$)$ The flow rate data contains some backwash readings where the flow rates are negative. Clean the

data set by setting these values to zero. Print to the command window the total number of data values

that you have had to clean from the three flow sensors$,$ FT$01,$ FT$02$ and FT$03.$

d$)$ On figure $1,$ create a $31$ subplot for the flow rate data. In each subfigure, plot the cleaned data for

each flow channel using the default matlab blue lines. Display the times on the x$-$axis in hh:mm:ss format.

Use common axes labels for the complete figure.

e$)$ The plant is operational when there is positive flow through the system. Print to the command

window the total amount of time that the plant was operational on this day in hours, minutes and

seconds.
