The demographics of today's workforce continue to evolve and change. Some of these evolving changes present ethical dilemmas, tensions, and issues for organizations and leaders. Ethical issues such as (1) discrimination, (2) affirmative action, (3) sexual harassment, (4) equal promotion opportunities, (5) comparable pay, (6) bullying, and (7) lack of diversity can manifest themselves in many ways during daily interactions, including interactions within the workplace. Being able to identify and react to these ethical issues appropriately is important for establishing and maintaining an ethical work environment for employees.
