The Department of Health needs to distribute HIV test kits from its 7 regional offices (RO) to 11 syringe exchange programs (SEPS) across New York. Each syringe exchange program (SEP) submitted its requested number of HIV test kits to the Department of Health, and the Department of Health regional offices have sufficient supplies to distribute.
