It is be for the leader to be upfront with there problems and face them head on A good leader would do that to keep a healthy atmosphere in the workplace. A leader who is willing to compromise and accommodate with people will improve there workplace. They will be willing to work with their staff. They will feel respected, this may cause them to work harder and respect you as leader. The staff will feel like equals instead of being below you. When your staff respects you they are more likely to come and talk to you about problems in the workplace and talk to you about how they are feeling. Being a person the staff can talk to the leader with gain the trust of their staff. If a Leader schedules facetoface appointments instead of just communicating through technology I think the outcome will be beneficial. Sometimes it can be hard communicate through technology, the message can be received differently than it was intended. Also communicating face to face the leader will connect more with their staff, over an email you are just reading words on screen you won't be seeing the person or some how they are in real life. Even through a zoom call you won't connect with a person like you would in in an in person meeting. During a zoom call one person is talking and they other are just listening until it is their turn to talk. A good leader with accommodate and compromise with their staff, also meet with them in person to communicate.
