The different things that supervisors can do differently to attain the Three Star Leadership. That might include the following: Great Supervisors show up alot, Great supervisors tell their people why their work is important, Great supervisors rehearse mentally. This relates to how a manager should not only present himself or herself on a daily basis, but more importantly, how supervisors when they are really interested in doing a great job, can make their employees actually enjoy their job and work place.
