Steve has asked you to prepare a consulting report that identifies key problems and specific recommendations for creating a more motivating work environment that can contribute to the organization's continued success.

To solve this case you can rely on the material in Ch $6($Motivation$)$ or any topic outside of this chapter or the textbook.

The consulting report should begin with a brief background statement. In your consulting report, Steve asked you to address the following questions:
