The final function of management that will be discussed in this course is leading. Managers can lead in several different ways. Leading includes effective communication, motivation, inspiration, and the encouragement of employees in fulfilling the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Facilitating team positive interactions happens more and more in multicultural and increasingly diverse organizations where managers are trauma informed facilitators understanding where their teams are coming from.This week's focus is to understand how managers lead by motivating and creating teams to foster collaboration and be result$-$oriented.
