The final group presentation is the time to showcase what you have learned about your vendor of choice. This presentation should be treated as if you were presenting to management about the new PACS system. The steering committee has the final decision so make sure you highlight the important aspects of why you selected this vendor. Make sure you meet the requirements listed below. The presentation needs to have 8-10 slides Identify key components of the RFP that guided your selection Identify key systems that the new PACS will integrate with (high level) Identify how the new PACS will be implemented (high level) You will need to incorporate all of the earlier papers Rubric
