The final project for this class is broken down into three assignments. You will complete each part separately. In Week 8, you will combine all three parts and submit them for a final grade. The three parts are: 1. A three-page paper that provides an overview of your topic (this week's assignment). 2. A three-page paper that analyzes the policy related to your topic. 3. A final paper that combines the previous papers and adds information about implementing and evaluating the policy, plus a conclusion.
