The final report will have a theory section and a section that describes the case study initiative, both of which require research and the use of sources. As such, students will find two peer-reviewed journal articles that they will use to write the theory section and two other sources (websites, government report, proponent reports, media articles, research articles, etc.) that they will use to write the case study description section. It is expected that students will use many more sources that these for the final paper, but these are to be examples of the types of sources that can be used.

Students will then write an annotated bibliography. The full reference for each source should be provided, including the DOI or web address. An annotation for each source should then be written below the reference. Annotations should be 250-300 words each and should both summarize the source and assess it in terms of its value to the students' projects. In addition to providing the full references, students must upload copies of the two peer-reviewed journal articles to Moodle.
