The first document created in Word will be linked to the Powerpoint presentation and will display the slides and an area for note entry; this document will be used by the presenter. Save the file as: (Your Student Number] Handout 1 The second document will be used as a handout for the attendees of the presentation, in this case only the text will be exported and it will not be linked to the Powerpoint presentation. The text from the second document is copied and pasted into the basic letterhead template which was created earlier in Part A and is then formatted ready to be printed as handouts.
