The first team assignment is creating a presentation focusing on the use of HR technology in organizations you worked in or industries you are familiar with. The Human resource management system or information system (HRMS, HRIS) is a part of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software).

• Your presentation should cover one or more HRMS systems (or similar apps/tools) with about 15 slides (excluding title and references slides) analyzing an interesting HR information/ management system (HRIS/HRMS). Teams should use visual aids (MS. PowerPoints) with images of the actual HRIS/HRMS to help convey the key points.
• You need to submit the presentation on Blackboard. Do not use PDF as I should be able to add my feedback on your presentation. This presentation will be used as an input for the final project topic. The topic for the final project is the use of technology for managing employees.
