The following instructions will help you understand how this assignment needs to be completed. Your paper should address all of the prompts listed below. Do not copy and paste the questions into your paper. Instead, use the key concepts in each question to create headings that will help structure your paper.

• Which type of justice matters more to you: substantive or procedural justice?
• How would being a victim of crime affect your answer?
• How would being a suspect in a crime affect your answer?
• You must also read the article from the University of Oxford on Daunte Wright and conduct additional research on the case. After that, you should analyze the ethics of justice officials involved in the case, including police officers, attorneys, and others in positions requiring ethical decision-making. You are expected to evaluate how situations such as these contribute to the movement for human rights policing and use critical thinking to assess the situation.
