The following is a debate topic, in this topic, my argument is that decision-making is more effective and efficient or less time-consuming in federal or provincial government than in municipal government but I am not able to find appropriate examples. I need public project examples to justify the argument. Debate topic - (Public sector projects would be improved at the municipal level if cities/towns in Canada adopted party/cabinet system, the same as the provincial or federal government.)
