Your description should focus on the attributes of good values and attitudes of business correspondence which are not displayed in the letter. Students’ description should include the following criteria:
Comment on whether the writer has used the correct and complete form for a business letter following the fully blocked letter-writing style. Please also identify whether the ideas are coherent and properly organized in the body of the letter.

Please identify if the writer has clearly stated the purpose of the letter and included all the necessary details, actions that the recipient will need to take up after reading the message, and an appropriate closing. Comment also on whether there are extraneous details that are not required in the body of the letter.
Comment on whether there are errors in mechanics, usage of words, sentence structures, punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc in the faulty letter. Also indicate whether the writer has utilized the correct tone, courteous and formal language when addressing the recipient of the letter.
