The following represents the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) network diagram prepared by the Strategic Management Accountant for Daltons Limited to construct an office building in the new Barangaroo precinct in Sydney. The new offices will contain more breakout rooms to enable the employees to collaborate when required as well as quiet zones and offices to avoid distractions from co- workers as needed. The office will have lots of natural light and good ventilation system as well as a range of green initiatives in design of building and use of materials.

The lease of the current office premises is due to end in a year (52 weeks) so it is critical the new premises are ready to be occupied within a year.
