A new Strategic Plan was recently developed to guide the organisation over the next three years. One of the key objectives of the Strategic Plan is for ABC Training Consultants to becomeestablished as a learning organisation.

You are the newly appointed General Manager, and the CEO has given you the task of developing, implementing and monitoring an Organisational learning strategy for the company, as the first step towards establishing ABC Training Consultants a learning organisation.
