The Government of the Republic of Zambia has received a loan from the African Development Bank/African Development Fund/Nigeria Trust Fund to finance the Chiansi Smallholder Out grower Support Project (COSP). The principal objectives of this project are to: Increase agricultural income and improve the livelihoods of the smallholder farmers by increasing agricultural productivity, and market access. The project has three strategies;

1. Development of Climate Resilient Infrastructure
2. Social Services and skills development;
3. and institutional support including project management

Requirement: You have just been awarded a contract as Main Consultant for this project. Thus, you are expected to provide the following data:

1. To explore all the risks associated with the project strategies. Since you are a Risk Management Expert, you are expected to provide the source of the risk and the particular risk or risk factor.
2. Analyze the probability of the identified risk occurring and the severity of the impact on the project strategies.
3. Develop a Risk Management Framework/Model to be used on this project.
4. Develop a Risk Register with the following parameters; Risk Source, Risk Factor, Risk Analysis ( Probability Vs Impact), Risk Impact, Risk Significance, Risk Ranking, Risk Owner, and Risk Mitigation Measure for the identified risk
