Hence, it is prominent that scheduling meetings on weekly basis becomes a hard task, since every member has time constraint. Although, they are reluctant towards full fledged face to face meetings, but each one of the member prefer to be updated on the work progress. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and analyze a communication plan for the team as a project manager. There are so many cross$-$platform messaging and video apps available in the market that one can create a group for instant update in the work front. Hence, for this case study the members that need to be in the included in the group are programmers, subject matter experts, content manager, web designer, business analyst, e$-$commerce specialist and the testers. The regular update can help a project manager in providing a detail report to the sponsor as well as the customer. Moreover, one can also utilized web based seminar to have an interactive discussion with the sponsor and customer to assure them that the team is working sincerely on the project and it would be completed within the allocated time. As a project manager, it is also necessary that one should not be fully dependent on the apps, and schedule face to face meetings with the team members atleast one or twice a month for a $360$ degree feedback.

Moreover, as a project manager, one have the responsibility of maintaining a healthy work environment by providing safety and security as well as work on the mental health of employee in case of lack of motivation. The employees can be provided with recognition or bonuses, which may increase their participation in the meetings.
