The key objective of this project is to implement the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology in a real-life case. Groups are required to find a process, either from manufacturing or service sector to apply this methodology. The process should have multi (at least 5) quality characteristics where data of these characteristics (continuous and attribute) should be collected and analyzed. Quality characteristics should be related to both the process and product/output. The output of this project is a set of guidelines and recommendations to improve the selected process. A thoroughly process analysis is required which includes - but not limited to- the following (classified according to the DMAIC phases): Phase Define Potential tools to use Deliverable due date Project charter, CTQs, SIPOC diagram, quality Week 4 costs analysis, high level process map.
