The last major task in this class is the final report. You have experienced and learned a lot. It is important to synthesize this information and share it with your colleagues. You will be doing so through the final report. Construct a well-organized, logical and coherent report of your professional practice experience. This report is not a blow-by-blow of all that you did during your rotation. However, it should highlight the core abilities and competencies plan for the rotation and your accomplishments related to them.

You have organizational freedom for this paper. However, you must include the following:

• A statement of your original goals: the competencies for the on-site rotation
• A brief description of the site including observations about the organization's culture
• A summary of the major tasks and/or projects in which you were involved
• An analysis of your experience in applying what you learned in the classroom, laboratory and textbook instruction to a real work situation (What skills and knowledge did you use and were they relevant to the workplace? Did they work for you? What major adaptations did you make and were there contradictions between the classroom and the workplace?)
