The main objective of the project is to develop an online learning platform that meets the requirements of the university. The specific objectives include: Identify the key stakeholders and their requirements. Develop a project plan with a detailed timeline and budget Identify and manage potential risks. Select and implement an appropriate technology solution. Train faculty and students on how to use the platform. Conduct a post-implementation review to evaluate the success of the project. Methodology. The project team will follow the Froject Management Institute's (FMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (FMBOK] framework. The project will be divided into the following phases: Initiation: In this phase, the project team will define the project scope, objectives, and key stakeholders. The team will also develop a project charter that outlines the project's purpose and high-level requirements. Planning: In this phase, the project team will develop a detailed project plan that includes a timeline. budget, and resource allocation. The team will also identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan. Execution: In this phase, the project team will implement the project plan by selecting and implementing an appropriate technology solution, training faculty and students on how to use the platform, and developing a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
