The Manage Appointments use case has been specialized to include a use case for an Old Patient and a New Patient. The Make Old Patient Appt use case which extends its own functionality with the Update Patient Information use case. The Make New Patient Appt use case for the New Patient. Which the both use cases inherit the functionality of the Manage Appointments use case.Note that, the Old Patient and New Patient actors are specialization of the Patient actor.
