The MARS Model was developed by Dr Steven McShane and Dr Mary An Von Glinow who shared that there are four factors that directly influence employees' behaviour and their resulting performance. Using an organization you are familiar with, choose any 3 individual characteristics and explained how they affect any of the MARS models components resulting in a) counterproductive behavior, b)organizational citizenship and c) maintaining attendance in that organization you have chosen.
