The MGEU has filed a grievance on behalf of Edgardo, a 3rd Class Power Engineer with the college. It is the union’s belief that this individual should be re-classified as a 2nd Class Power Engineer (a higher level with increased responsibilities and salary). Management, however, does not agree.
