The Module 4 Discussion will ask you to consider a budget activity (this is a case study you will see in the file). An excel file, which will involve some work on your end to complete, is provided in the Module 4 Folder. For the activity, please download and complete the budget file. Once you have completed the file, you should navigate to the discussion board and answer the following two questions: 

1. Relative to the 2024 budget projections, how did the company perform in 2024? 

Why do you say that? 2. Make recommendations for producing the 2025 budget. What changes to projections (or otherwise) should be considered and/or made? Why? 

Your total posting should be between 300 - 500 words. If you use outside sources (which is typically helpful), please cite sources and references using APA format.
