The most complex project that I have been involved in was a project I completed with a few classmates during my undergrad at Stony Brook University. It was for a health sciences course and required us to ultimately give a presentation in front of our peers and instructor about work that had to do with health sciences topics and their implementation. The work was broken down into our instructor who told us what to do, to team members who were each assigned certain responsibilities and who would reconvene at various points throughout the project to deliver consolidated work as per requirements. Tasks included research, writing, summarizing and organizing, and putting together an effective presentation. These tasks were divided into smaller tasks through delegation and critical thinking. For example, in research, team members would use certain databases for certain keywords before moving on to other key words and other databases. Everything was done, one step at a time. The work package was research, compilation, and presentation. These elements when combined together were the entirety of the project and resulted in its deliverables.
