The most important objective in this training would be for men and women to understand what work situations that they find inappropriate. Therefore, before conducting training, it would be best to start with an anonymous survey on the team. One of the questions however would be to ask their sex so the training can be organized for all of the sexes to be recognized. An occassional computer based learning would not be ideal in this training appoarch as many employees just barely watch a video and guess on questions then leave. No one is really going to learn anything. Therefore this training would be best as a meeting with open conversation from the team. The team would be able to pay attention to this appoarch better and will geniuely learn from it, espeically with some communication.
