The next task within your report will be to write an individual report that applies PRINCE 2 principles in the project as was highlighted in part 1 (continuation exercise). Following the part 1, in the part 2 of your report you have to provide a critical analysis using state of the art literature review by analysing the pros and cons of PRINCE 2 against other project management methodologies and your recommendations for choosing one over the other within your project of your choice. Your part 2 mark will contribute 50% of your module mark. Your comparative analysis must contain references to literature focused on PRINCE2 and the other methodology/body of knowledge of your choice, with the emphasis on peer-reviewed articles in academic journals.
