By distilling the material and synthesizing your reading and note-taking, you will be developing your judgment and analytical skill; by translating this understanding to a practical outcome, you will be testing your knowledge base and your fundamental skills in SHRM.

The Task: Employing an adequate literature review of ONE of the emerging/ innovative practice areas of human resource management listed below, you are to undertake a review of the extent to which this particular function may represent a strategic contribution to an organisation of your choice operating in Mauritius. You may choose desk or primary research, but your analysis must be based on reliable and valid, clearly documented sources. Make appropriate and actionable recommendations for strategies, including a brief implementation plan, to ensure the strategic alignment of the chosen practice is aimed at contributing towards achieving a high-performance, sustainable and resilient organisation.
