The organization that I work for does not operate in supply chain management. Only 44% of those that work for a company feel confident in the security of their supply chain management. (Britt,2023). The weaknessess in supply chain organizations is a delay in product. If the delivery trucks break down or equipment is not operating well. Supplies will not be delivered on time to the consumer. The threats that would be involved in supply chain would be not having a accurate count of inventory. Inventory must be accurate because you want to make sure the product is in stock. The the inventory must be good so that product can be sent out to the companies . It would be bad if product was sold and the items that the organizations need were out of stock. The inventory or product has been stolen.Supplies would not be delivered on time. The organiztion would have to make sure that the product be sent in a timely manner. This will not be good for business and could loose their clients and business will go down as well as sales. The clients would have to go elsewhere to get the products and supplies that they
