The Organization's External Stakeholders

Important stakeholders exist both inside and outside of an organization. This activity is important because managers must know how to operate in the two organizational environments that house these stakeholders$-$the internal environment and the external environment.

The goal of this activity is to test your knowledge of an organization's external environment, which is made up of the task environment and the general environment.
