The original temperature data is provided to you as two large vectors. One contains a large number of temperature values. The second vector specifies the unit of the corresponding temperature value. Units are designated by a code number: $0,1,$ or $2.$ Where:

$-$ O indicates Celsius

$-1$ indicates Fahrenheit

$-2$ indicates Kelvin

Create a script that will analyze both of the vectors, and produce a consistent temperature anomalies vector where all of the measurements are in Celsius.
