The PDSA cycle is a method used to problem solve by using a hypothesis. The point of this cycle is to go through each step testing a suggested problem solving hypothesis to an issue. There are four steps to follow when using the PDSA cycle that include planning, acting, studying, and action. By following these stages of the PDSA cycle we can present a hypothesis and then test the effectiveness by using data result and then determining if its effective in improving quality. Stakeholders should be involved in the entire process when changes are possibly being implemented. Stakeholders are a good option for obtaining feedback throughout each stage of the PDSA cycle. They can collaborate and communicate effectively with any success or obstacles that may arise. Technology can support the use of PDSA cycles as it allows stakeholders and other management to monitor the implementation of a new improvement hypothesis
