The Personal Leadership Development Plan (PLDP) should enable student do the following :
- Elaborate their key insights from the course, with analysis why they are considered
foundational to the students leadership development.
- Outline an ambitious vision for personal leadership development and a well-thought-out program of activities and time-limit to achieve it. The rationale for the plan is to enable students to remember the contents of this course as well
as to take concrete actions by committing themselves to achieving their lives aspirations within a specific time-span. The length of this project should be 3-4 pages.
