The PolyU company will select their projects based on four criteria: Stakeholders Commitment, Financial, Strategic, and Others (e.g. risks, urgency, etc.). The hierarchy has been established, the criteria must be evaluated in pairs so as to determine the relative importance between them and their relative weight to the goal. The relative weight data between the criteria have been determined by PolyU's decision makers as shown in the table below. Please help PolyU to determine the priority of the selected criteria.
