The preferred format is Microsoft Excel. Pdf files are not acceptable. Your scorecard should show the final cumulative results for your objectives (i.e., you should have one last 'score' for each of your objectives, representing the cumulative results you have achieved this semester. Your file should also include the detailed results for each week in which you tracked an objective, as supporting information. Ensure you still have a visual component: simple red/yellow/green shading is all that is required. You can add a relevant chart if needed, but ensure the chart does not detract from the clarity of the scorecard.
