The primary difference between a transformational or charismatic leader and an authentic leader is the focus, which for the latter is based on the $\_\_\_\_\_\_\_$ aspects or qualities of being a leader. This is not to state that transformational or charismatic leaders do not have this quality but, rather, that authentic leaders are candid and open about their activities and are more easily able to build trust with others because they are known to stick to their ideals.
