Build a business case to employ AI chatbot to resolve issues related to business processes or achieve business objectives. Chatbots are commonly used in marketing, sales, call centres, and several other business functions. Think of a specific process within these business functions and suggest a scenario that can be resolved through an automated chatbot. Indicate why this process is a challenge/ opportunity for the organization. Also, explain how chatbots can save efforts and costs by implementing chatbot technologies. The file must be constructed as the following:
