The process starts when we order a pizza from a pizza shop. Sometimes the delivery goes slow and if the pizza does not arrive within 30 minutes, we will call the shop to complain about it before we continue to wait further. If the pizza arrives within 30 minutes, we just start eating it. After making the complaint, if the pizza does not arrive in 20 minutes we will call the shop to cancel the order, otherwise we will eat the pizza.
