1. Begin by writing SQL commands to capture specific usable data for your analysis. You already preloaded the data you need into Codio.
2. Specifically, the product manager wants you to complete the following analysis:
   1. Analyze the number of returns by state and describe findings to include in your report.
   2. Analyze the percentage of returns by product type and describe findings to include in your report.
3. Write a report to clearly summarize your RMA data analysis for stakeholders. When you summarize the results, consider the following questions:
   1. How does the data provide the product manager with usable information?
   2. What are the potential flaws in the data that has been presented?
   3. Are there any limitations on your conclusions or any other ways of looking at your findings that you haven't considered? Clearly communicate your findings to stakeholders.

Tips and Tricks for Module 7-1 Project Two Submission

I often recommend you copy the assignment prompt (the Directions RMA Report section) and then fill in your responses under each prompt. This ensures you have responded to each task and keeps your work organized.

As a reminder, there are two sections to this assignment. The first asks you to develop SQL commands and analyze the data. This should have clear SQL commands, your results from the command, and a brief (1 to 3-sentence) analysis of those commands and results.

The second part is a report to your stakeholders. We have practiced writing content for a non-technical audience, and this time we are summarizing the data we found during our Codio SQL commands and looking to identify trends or patterns in that data. As this is a non-technical audience, you should not discuss the specific commands you ran. A non-technical audience will not be familiar with these terms, and we want to write this report in a way they will be familiar with.

What are the aspects we want our stakeholders to get out of this? Are there specific trends or patterns of data that we want to call out to them specifically?

With your reflection, confirm that you have responded to every prompt in the report section. This section should be one seamless, multi-paragraph report that is non-technical in tone. Please do not list your SQL commands here, as a non-technical audience will not understand why they are important. Also, do not just restate your findings. Instead, complete the first-level analysis that summarizes the data you found working in Codio and helps to identify patterns or trends in your data.

Please do not forget to include full screenshots of your Codio session, including the file tree, your name, and the SQL commands and results for each step that requires you to work with our data. These screenshots are essential and will help you earn as many points as possible on our assignment. You should also include a short-written analysis of each result. This is in addition to the larger formal reflection.
