The production floor, there are few operators working on assembling products. These products need to be delivered as per the required order quantity.

Some observations found:

i. The raw materials for assembling printer are insufficient (shortage of roller).

ii. The portable scanners are over-produced which resulting in occupying too much storage spacing.

a. Suggest a system to overcome material shortage or over-produce. The proposed system can be in a format of web form / win form / mobile / IOT system.

b. Provide the suggested system functionality and draft a flow of the system operation.

c. Draft ERD of the proposed system.
