There is no commission or delivery fees. The sales tax rate is $6\mathrm{.}25\%.$

In addition to choosing the model options, when checking out, the customer also needs to choose

between the cash purchase $($full payment$)$ or short$-$term leasing option. If the customer chooses the

short$-$term leasing option, the program asks for the leasing months between $1$ to $9$ and prints out the $(1)$

monthly payment $(1\mathrm{.}5\%$ of the purchasing price$)$ without tax, $(2)$ the total payment $($all monthly

payments $+$ tax$),$ and $(3)$ the monthly balance with month, monthly payment, monthly tax, total

payment, and the balance.

If the customer declines the leasing option, the payment type will be the default cash option. The

customer can also apply a $$7,500$ Federal Tax Credit immediately when placing the order $($applied before

adding the tax$)$ if they are eligible. Individuals are eligible for the Federal Tax Credit if they earn less than

or equal to $$150,000$ annually. The customer needs to select whether they meet this criterion.
