Plan:

• Define current state of the project, overall goals, and customer preferences/initial ideas on the project
• Brainstorm use cases for the sequential gearbox to complete
• Define and revise customer requirements and specifications
• Determine constraints and the effects they have on the project
• Create review of the problem definition relating all of the information and direction of the project

For example, instead of just listing Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), explain why they may influence your team and are an important stakeholder. Or instead of identifying "end users", identify a specific end user of your project who may not be your direct client, and explain why your project may be of interest to them, making them important stakeholders.
