The Project must be properly cited using APA format- Citations do not count towards word counts. The student must address the following questions:

1) Choose and explain a constitutional right from the U.S. Constitution- be sure to explain why it is a civil liberty or civil right.

2) Choose and discuss a U.S. Supreme Court case that relates to your chosen constitutional right- be sure to explain how/why it is relevant.

3) Discuss a current policy or issue impacted by your chosen constitutional right.
